Assignment

1. Find a site with a marginal or poorly designed home page.

2. Determine and document the elements of the site which designate it as a poor design.

3. Create a page that is a better design that uses better design principles.

Visual attractiveness, especially design and color.

Uncluttered, easily read pages.

Printable pages.

Functionality, such as easy navigation and loading.

Interesting, exciting, or useful material.

4. Publish the new home page on your personal or group server.

Information

Look at http://www.siteideas.net/sites.htm  - please ignore their home page which is an example of poor site design (and everyone should be able to point out why). However the analysis of some of the sites they look at should let you know what I am looking for.
